My name is Greg Payne and I am proud to be a member of the Verico Canada First Mortgage team of professional mortgage associates. Working under the Verico Canada First Mortgage umbrella, allows me to access numerous lenders with varying products, to suit your particular financial needs.
I am a husband, father of two children and have resided in Alberta for most of my life. I remember when my wife and I purchased our first home, shortly after getting married. Interest rates were in the 11% range and we quickly had to develop a financial strategy to manage and eliminate this debt. Although this presented some interesting challenges and a huge learning curve, we were able to prosper. I now enjoy the opportunity of helping others through this journey and share my knowledge and experience with them.
I have vast expertise in customer relations which allows me to develop strong, open, and honest relationships. My mission is to gain a complete understanding of your unique situation, financial needs and expectations. This sets the ground work to determine the best financial mortgage solution and allows me to match it to your requirements.
