Hi my name is Lawrence Hart and I am a proud Mortgage Associate with Canada First Mortgage.
Why am I so proud ?
I was born and raised in small town Alberta and have spent most of my life in this province.
I was raised with small town values ( and small town knowledge) where personal relationships were more important than community status or wealth. Where a handshake constituted an agreement. Where trust was earned and accepted.
I have spent 38 years in the credit industry in this province. I have helped people recover from bankruptcy or faulty credit and re-establish themselves to the point where they are considered prime risks. I have financed homes, commercial property, farms, recreational vehicles, autos and businesses.
I have done all of the above with a constant reminder that I was born and raised with small town values and I probably will meet these people again when I am downtown. This thought forces you to deal with people and their credit decisions with respect and to remember never treat anyone differently than you want to be treated.
